Sometimes Sundays call for a low key dinner that goes great with a glass of wine. That’s why I was more than happy to settle in early last night with such an easy, healthy, yummy dish. Something about the comfort of pizza paired with the nutritious veggies creates a guilt-free dinner that satisfies even the hungriest of tummies.
(with this dish, the fresher the better)
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Scoop out insides of mushroom to create a bowl for toppings
- Layer marinara sauce, sliced mozzarella, spinach & pepperonis
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
I served with a side salad & ranch for dipping.
