Go-To Ab Circuit

If you know me, you know there is nothing I love more than a routine – and when it comes to the gym, I’m just as guilty. This quick but efficient 4×3 ab circuit is sure to keep you in shape just in time for summertime swimsuits.

Circuit 1

30 second plank

50 bicycle crunches

50 heel touches

50 crunches – feet straight up

Circuit 2

30 second plank

50 flutter kicks

15 leg raises

10 full sit ups, 10 twist sit ups to the right, 10 to the left

Circuit 3

15 second side plank to the right, 15 to the left

50 russian twists

15 in-n-outs

10 reverse sit ups
